FamilyCupDelete account and data
This page explains how to delete your FamilyCup account and all related data: your picks, predictions, runs, the link to Apple or Google and your devices for notifications.
In the app (iPhone and Android)
- Open FamilyCup and tap “Profile”.
- Open “Settings”.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm with “Delete account and all data”.
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you are the only organiser of a group, the group is deleted too when nobody else is in it – otherwise the longest-standing member takes over.
As a group organiser
Whoever manages a group can remove members – in the app under “Manage group” → “Members”, in the browser via “Settings” on the group page. Removing a member deletes their picks and points as well.
Only played in the browser? Ask the person who manages your group to remove you – or write to us.
By email
You can also request deletion by email at any time. Please include your group name and the name you play under so we can find your data. We will confirm the deletion.
